If your Goth then you get it.... !!!! "Every Day is Halloween" is emblematic of how people react to anything different than themselves. I loved watching Al Jourgensen redo this song, after over 40 years of absolutely hating this song, but the Goth Underground Subculture gave him complete confidence to relook at the brilliance he'd achieved. Jourgensen expressed how he regretted using a false British accent, but we Goth's accept him for who he is ― The absolute brilliance of Ministry; plus, his extended career spanning all the way back to the Revolting Cocks, Special Effect, Pailhead, and a personal favorite of mine with Acid Horse. Children of The Night: "Ah... The children of the night, what sweet music they make..." You've made me recall the vast memory of thoughts and emotions, which simply exude out of myself, over a lifetime of Goth inspired dreams.

@@Mazzy22 Yeah, it's a long read, but it's worth it.... !!!! As a voting member of the National Congress of the American Indian (NCAI), as well as 32° Rosicrucian, I always object to other Native's who refer to themselves as "half breed". Always have plenty of amounts of faith in who you are wherever you're going, Missie. If people object, then turn and walk away. You should account yourself with pride and always remember that we Native Americans need to always be proud of who and what all Natives stand for: "A highly spiritual people with an amazing gift that we are strongly tethered to the Earth". On a, sort of, different topic, it's also incredibly comforting to me when I see Natives, both older and younger, who become apart of the Goth Underground Subculture. I've met plenty of Natives from KZbin alone, so the music has a much deeper effect upon us, than I ever realized. I remember when I use to go to "Kontrol Faktory" in Hollywood for their Goth/EBM/Industrial mix of music. There was this incredibly gentle Apache kid (also my own age), who could dance-up a storm by himself. He never drank alcohol, but instead lots of water. His hair was about waist long, like myself, and everyone stayed away from him while he was dancing because his hair was tied into many smaller braids with silver spikes on the end of each braid. He had that typical sexy Native American Apache look, everyone still goes crazy over. Needless to say, he never went home without someone hanging on his arm, as a horny guy, also. We made friends, after I got in his way while dancing once, and he accidentally punched me in the jaw (he danced with his eyes closed) and I discovered he was the great, Great, G-Great Grandson of Geronimo. Whenever he'd see me, he'd whip his sweaty hair on me, but he had been in several movies and he did some modeling on the side also. When we hung out together, but later as time passed, at least 10 other Natives approached us both, which even surprised us both, when considering this was Los Angeles and that these people stayed so hidden. We'd all sit together, to catch our breath, and just talk with each other. I'm known for my "bold" and sometimes "loud" personality, so I have absolutely no problem telling someone off. Especially those who insult our culture and there were a few people who did say some rude and inappropriate things. One Russian guy from Russia (dressed in a Nazi uniform), decided to let us know that Goth/EBM/Industrial music was meant for white-people only and "Mexicans are not welcome......!!!!" All I saw "red", and with a reflex, I punched him through a glass window at the back of the club. He was alright and I already knew the club owner, as well as all the venue promoter's ― In the end everything was cool. I paid for a new window, but this Russian guy was placed in "excommunicado" from the club for life. After this happened, our little self-made tribe gained recognition, much respect, and even a little popularity. My Native name is "Raven Shadow" so everyone just started calling ourselves "The Raven's", which was cool, but nobody ever said anything rude or insulting to us again. Bravery comes from the ❤heart, my dear. Always be proud of yourself and understand you are apart of something very special. I shall send you my Blessings and have a terrific ☀ Solstice.
