Got this set maybe a month ago and now already have the second vintage set. The problem is it's so hard to find the red Camaro that is something like a chase. Unfortunately, many scalpers as usual did find them somehow and in some cases before even they went on the shelves.

I think Mattel sent a box that wasn't typical to make us all think there is a equal mix of these cars. From what I've seen on store shelves I think the whole production run was something like this: 2% Mercedes 2% Corvette 2% Porsche 8% BMW 85.5% Lamborghini 0.5% Camaro

Great set. All the cars look fantastic. My favorites are The '67 Camaro and '55 Corvette. I hate that they made the '67 Camaro the chase, because scalpers will grab from all the boxes just because it is the chase, so I probably won't ever get a chance to buy it at the price that was intended by Mattel.

when cars have details on the sides , hood, front and back , they have to go thru a paint process twice. That doubles the manufacturing. Mainlines will only have details on the top and sides, or the front and back.
