I'm not sure how much it mattered; but remember that mutating the rogers gives them +2 health. The ones that charged Ushoran took 9 damage, that would only kill 1 and a half with their new health total of 6 each. Even with the end of turn 2 extra damage, there should have been 2 left alive, leaving Ushoran trapped in combat.

I don't play Skaven or FEC, but hearing Luka constantly mention rules he "almost forgot" really irked me. How many rules did he actually forget? Could he not have played a few practice games off-camera to make sure he knew his army before he made the video? I don't know. Just seems sloppy.

I get the criticism but sometimes you get the opportunity to try something out at the last minute and since we haven't really had FEC on the channel a lot I'm willing to bet more folks will enjoy the variety than folks who are bothered by the lack of expertise.

@mwgjosh5161 I suppose I understand the argument for variety. But would someone excited to see FEC feel that their faction is being done justice on the channel? I personally would not mind watching an expert play the same army over and over because I would be able to learn from their play. What value can a veteran FEC player glean from this? I imagine they would actually find this video quite frustrating to watch. This isn't even an argument against variety--I understand that there are a lot of factions and everyone wants to see their favorite on the channel. Plus variety is fun. But it is an argument for learning your rules to where you aren't constantly forgetting key abilities. You should know your warscrolls and army rules, bare minimum, and I'm not convinced Luka did in this video.

@@seabrain1212 I really appreciate the constructive discourse! I'm still convinced we made the right call and Luka was studied up enough to film an appropriately entertaining enough video for the majority of our viewers. I totally understand why a more veteran FEC player wouldn't enjoy that as much but I've seen the other side where viewers are critical of the lack of their faction being represented.

If you watched other videos with Luka I think you would feel differently he is one of the most forgiving members of the cast when it comes to mistakes or forgotten rules. A good chunk of every old world battle report with him and the mountain is him explaining why he didn't choose a powerful option :V

Umm didn't fec have 3 regiments? Doesn't look1. And　if skaven deployed 1st how fec made skaven go 1st? He who deploys army 1st chooses

Hmm. Didn't skaven have 2 regiments(thanq and master moulder) and fec 3? With 3 vs 2 it's irrelevant who won roll off as 2 drops finish 1st and thus choose who starts. Or was army list intro in error?

Yes but he won the roll and forced me to drop first to see where my stuff was going to deploy

@mwgjosh5161 3 regiment drops 1 regiment, 2 left. 2 regiment deploys regiment, 1 left. 3 regiment deploys regiment, 1 left. 2 regiment deploys regiment, 0 left, gets to choose. Deployment is alternatively. And if you have more　regiments irrelevant who starts as less regiments ends finishing 1st. Roll off really matters for who chooses when both have same amount of drops

@@bakuchidancer Nope. Once the battlefield is set up you roll for attacker and defender, it doesn't matter how many regiments you have when determining attacker of defender. Luka wins the roll and forces me to be attacker knowing I had less drops anyway as it gives him more flexibility to counter deploy. Skaven (me) finishes dropping first and I make Luka (FEC) take the first turn. I'm not sure if you're remembering the video wrong or you aren't fully understanding how deployment works?
