Vindicate assassin can whiff. But he can just make the game himself. In my first game against black Templar he one shot hellbrecht the second he showed his head. Needless to say I won the game

The Terminators in Knights turn 3 fight phase should have only rerolls 1’s not everything since you declared before they started fighting that they were not going to use profane veal. Also fun tip run Acursed cultist with the Dark Commue and give all of them a 5+ invulnerable with there feel no pain and they last a lot longer. 😊

FNP isn't a save so you can still take it.

Good game, i love seeing and playing big knights, but it seems GW simply hates them. Its a shame GW nerfed big Knights so hard with those towering points (that still havent gone away, despite the rule no longer being the same) and further nerfs to rules (both general like Overwatch, and specific to the faction, like bondsman) Hopefully they will roll back the rules changes to a degree, or decrease points pre-towering nerf, otherwise it just feels like big knights will be petering out more and more, just like what happened with Chaos Knights, that right now its half an army and its the only way it works in a competitive enviroment. Even in casual games using big knights its becoming more and more of a feels bad to a degree with how bad they are becoming. (both chaos and imperial)

To be fair I've never had much fighting against them always seems to be very swingy games either crushing them or getting crushed but it's the weird nature of having 3-4 hyper powerful units

They nerfed every single cheap army (custodes, drukhari, knights) into basically being unplayable. They want you to switch to something more expensive

Magnetizing on knights is pretty easy because there are a lot of flat surfaces for connecting the weapon to the arm. I haven't done the tentacle thing melee weapon on a chaos knight yet though.

I’m still learning this game but I thought you couldn’t make saving throws of any kind against a shield breaker round. Isnt a feel no pain a saving throw? 🧐

Feel no pain isn't a save. The word has to actually be in the name for it to count as, despite mechanically what it does. Oh, for future reference on nomenclature you'll see or hear from older Warhammer players: 3+ (armor save on 3 or higher), 3++ (invulnerable save), and 3+++ (feel no pain).

Adding custom rules like warlord kills and stuff is fun but if I didn't know the system and was using this as a resource to learn it would be the opposite of helpful. When I learned 9th I binge watched your batreps, I'm about to do the same with AoS. That wouldn't be true with house rules, I hope you haven't house ruled AoS.

I haven't added anything extra to AoS I believe(yet)! If I do, I'll try and be clear about what has changed for any new players that would be watching the video. However the rules are simply a guideline to greatness, it is/should be encouraged to change up elements of the game to your play groups interests.
