Born November 4, 1996. Played high school football for the St. Peter's Prep Marauders (NJ). Played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide. Drafted #11 overall by the Miami Dolphins. I am a resident of South Carolina and can say that the Dolphins have a big fan base here. Best of luck to Minkah as he undertakes his new endeavor.

I like the way Minkah runs down the field. He ran for Alabama's track and field during his freshman year and did good at it. And it shows with him running with a pace, a trot, like he is running for miles instead of yards.

Yall don't know how bad i was hoping my Giants got him. I didn't expect us to be so trash this year for us to get the 2nd pick i knew we wouldn't pick a db that high. I love defense and especially DB's. Very few db's have ball skills and he finds the ball so effortlessly and could tackle. Continue to ball for Miami Minkah i gotta tune in for Dolphins games now

JGphins lol am a fins fan love the pick...but lets not get ahead.of ourselves just yet.... Btw we still have reshad jones so whose gonna be what safety??
@frazierderrick19916 жыл бұрын
nomar manuel reshad is a strong safety who can play free safety but he's better at strong. He'll still get to roam sometimes and make those plays but minkah is a true free safety and good at baiting QBs.
@ArMiNiSfUCkinRedicK6 жыл бұрын
so he's like a ball hawk who'll get the picks, while jones gets the tackles...sick, then our secondary will be much improved....idk how are cornerback situation is, and im not crazy bout lb's especially kiko he's ahhh ok....
@frazierderrick19916 жыл бұрын
nomar manuel pretty much if he's not getting the pick he will probably be deflecting it or making the tackle. Not gonna get ahead of myself though. But we have Howard at corner who can be great. Lippet and tankersley they're decent but I like lippet he can be better than what he has been we have a real chance this year. If we're healthy. But I think we're good enough to be the team that surprise's people this year.
@ArMiNiSfUCkinRedicK6 жыл бұрын
really??? I sure hope you're right...but there is the x factor....that qb Ryan Tannehill...ive never been a fan...im not sold on him either...qb's such an important position and I don't think he has what it takes to help us when it matters...plus wide receivers? were down are most talented catcher....idk man maybe 7-9

@alankenyon56386 жыл бұрын
Lava Z, landry was only getting around $900,000/yr. They put the franchise tag on him to get more money in return for trading him. miami should have kept him and gave him what he is worth. Landry caught more passes than the rest of any recievers in the whole nfl and miami only won 6 games last year.

My 2 cents ...Year "1" for HC Adam Gase & QB Ryan Tennehill produced a LEAGUE best 7-1 record vs ALL teams during that 8 game time span in the NFL - yes better then the Patriots - you can FACT-CHECK it !!! My "positive" & "realistic" perspective of this team's current talent, skills, and abilities are as follows: Year 2 - for HC GASE & RT will provide plenty of answers for ALL to judge come the cold days of December 2018 - Good -or- Bad!!! As for today, I believe this team holds various KEY upgrades in plenty offensive & defensive positions - I believe enough to SURPRISE many, many people around the NFL and the smart folks over at Vegas - lol - but time will tell. But for now, let us just talk upgrades, starting at QB - There S/B no QUALMS as for whom Adam designed and envision this offense playbook for, RT. During Ryan's long recovery period - he learned the ENTIRE playbook - FACT CHECK 2 !!! Ryan's complete UNDERSTADING the schematics, reads, and ability to audible out of situations will SURPRISE. Our TE position - vast leap levels and abilities improved thanks to Mike Gesicki - period!!! FACT-CHECK 3 !!! On to the LB's rookie 1&2 feed off each other and WILL HIT A GAP assignments - NO RB hitting hole FREE to 2nd level this year !!! Our OL position is STRONGER, YOUNGER, FASTER, TALENTED, and nastier then many, many years. They will provide RT's the throwing lanes to hit our DEEP WR players: Stills, Parker, Danny A, Grant... Our RBs are solid too with young speed, toughness from Drake, then vet Gore still hitting holes hard at 35 with positive stats year after year - Mr. Gore's return to M.I.A. will no doubt spark a FIRE in him - homegrown player from the U - can't wait to see IT HAPPEN especially in our sweet throwback uniforms!!! Dolphins Football is BACK !!! I'm too hyped - sorry I feel no need to further justify my logic nor opinion - lol. LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!JGphins
