What do you do to keep the threads from coming undone? I learned to sew backwards and forwards a few times at the beginning and end of a seam. Is there a better method or what do you do to prevent the seams from coming apart?

I use 80 needle. It’s nylon zipper. I haven’t broke the needle when zipper attaching.
