Great review Minnie. I have this bag in the small size in the smooth leather and I LOVE it. I had such a hard time choosing between the smooth leather and pebbled leather and this video makes me want the pebbled leather too lol. If anyone is thinking about buying this bag, definitely go for it!!! It’s probably my favorite bag I’ve ever owned.

This is my most loved bag. I feel it is only heavy if you put heavy things in it. The handles and strap work perfectly for me. It is amazing quality and very comfortable. Wow, I'm carrying mine at the moment too! I have the smooth leather version and, this is completely shocking to me, but there is absolutely NO wear, even though I've banged those corners on everything (more than any other bag I own--probably because of the shape). Love it so much though, don't know what it is, and I also treat it like a Neverfull. I agree with all your pros and cons. Would love this bag in another color.

I love the antigona so much I made the mini mine about a month ago. I was originally searching for a red one but ended up purchasing the baby pink. And I swear pink never looked so good during fall. Its such a beauty and it goes with everything and although it is a mini it does fit tons. Btw the mini is adjustable. Love love love the bag. However I wish I bought it in black instead. The first time using the bag I had color transfer from my jeans. I was devastated. I dis my research to wipe the color transfer away, and wipes along would not help so I decided to use a magic eraser. I was not so gentle as it was tough to remove the color and I ended having discoloration 😫😫😫 so now my mini antigona is damage and I don't know what to do!! I wish I knew it was sensitive to color transfer. But either way love the bag. Its such a beauty.

Good review. I looked at this bag and the Saint Laurent Sac deJour. The Antigona strap is way to short to wear on the shoulders because the handles hit my underarm. The Sac de Jour weighs the same as the Antigona but has leather lining. Plus the strap on the Sac de jour is adjustable. So for me I like the Saint Laurent better as I like a bag to offer hand carry or as a shoulder bag.

Minnie- I recently became obsessed with this bag! I was so excited to see that you have it- I can always trust your reviews. I was contemplating a Speedy 25 in Epi or an Alma BB but I think I prefer this bag! I need to break out of my LV rut- I finally got the Pochette Metis in Empreinte Noir so I think I'm good as far as LV goes for a while. I know this bag has a lot of hype around it- but it's a classic and such an elegant bag. And I'm such a sucker for silver hardware! Plus I don't have a single Givenchy bag!

I got mine before they made the straps removable, but I still love it! It is definitely one of my favorite. You forgot to mention that the price point is relatively low, compared to other (almost) all leather premium designer bags with the same dimension

Oh! Check this out!! So when I bought the medium Antigona last year, I ordered it from Harrods (I’m in Minnesota) and when it converted the cost to dollars, it cost me under $2000 to get the bag new. Ended up saving me like $600-$800. I’ve gone back to that site since to buy another and it’s not giving me that same price. Isn’t that crazy??

Great review! I was contemplating on the Antigona a year ago but went for Celine Mini Belt Bag instead and absolutely made the right decision. Although it also has a tricky opening, I think the zipper on the Antigona would drive me insane.

Great review Minnie and you look great! I find Givenchy bags as very very durable. I have a Pandora and a Lucrezia and both hold up very well. Just not happy with the unadjustable straps. I’m yet to get an Antigona but might get a mini because I’m put off by the weight. The Lucrezia in Medium is a great travel bag and spacious and a little light weight. Goat skin resist water and scratches as I used it as hand carry wiithout babying it, fits a macbook air too.
