Hello, sensei! What's the difference between "ta houga iidesu" and "tara iidesu" which you showed in different videos?

Both are the almost same meaning used when recommending something / giving advice to do. But, ～たほうがいいいですused when choosing between two, for example, ねつがあります。くすりを飲んだほうがいいですか、飲まないほうがいいですか→飲んだほうがいいです。 Regarding ～たらいいです, I explain in Lesson 26 Grammar 2: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r2rcdGmopqp5pLM
