I spent 10 years in that area. An hunted diving ducks the same way. Honestly golden eyes the last week before freeze up. Are some of the easiest waterfowl to hunt. We would target them

Beginning of May 2025 spring hunting here at a small remote village alot of fun. It will be interesting in our coastal hunting and gathering time. You will see what we hunt. Usually ocean birds starts in mid to close to end of April. If it all goes well 🙏

Gambling is an addiction. Friend of mine gambled away his restaurant his home his bank account his wife left him. He still gambles. My roommate lent him money for rent he gambled away. Also a fellow worker did the same thing. He moved to a little town in Iowa to escape his creditors like fellow workers he borrowed money from I think. Once I think gangsters showed up at work to collect money owed.

Old squaw was the old name for that duck. Now I think it’s been renamed long tailed duck. Old Squaw I guess was politically er incorrect .
