Yeah, they go by meaning n go too fast just like exercise. Lao go by music n meaning they dance smoothly finger body neck everything. Hmong dance meaningful but just dance like they do exercise

Wonderful dance and meaning full, but not so smooth like some of nkauj Hmong Nplog. Nkauj hmong Nplog they fucking so smooth just like slow motion.. This dance was nice and so meaning full they took a lots time to learn, Nkauj Hmong took only 2 hours to learn the dance for each song dance, but they learn how to dance since they are 10 years olds
