Those that purchased ebike previously should be able to get the rebate via their state tax refund. It should be called a going green tax credit or something. That way it'll incentivise more people to shell out more to do things like harvesting rain water and planting fruit and vegetable gardens to inspire kids to eat healthier and be eco-conscious

My only concern is that MOST BIKE RIDERS FORGET THE RULES OF THE ROAD.... Secondly, every single biker who shares the road, be licensed and insured. I personally watched a cyclist damage a car and the ride away.... On another day, I personally watched two cyclists go threw stop sign intersections...both on wrong sides, both crashing into each other and then start fighting....lmfao Here’s another good one.... at a 3-way stop sign intersection in my town, a sign reads "yield for cyclists" AND WHAT, THE CYCLIST DOES NOT YIELD OR STOP? JUST BECAUSE YOU OWN OR RIDE A BIKE DOES NOT MEAN YOU IGNOR THE STANDARD RULES AND LAWS OF THE ROAD.... these rules are there for a reason
