Hi! Thank you for introducing some of us to this camera. I'm in awe of how feature-packed it is. I don’t exactly understand how panorama mode works. When you switch to the setting, are you just taking multiple shots & moving the camera in increments?

Thanks for watching! There is a little switch on the side of the camera that says “P” or “STD” for Panorama or Standard. It switches the frame size inside the camera, and you can see the difference when you look through the viewfinder. You don’t have to take multiple photos or anything like that. You just use it exactly the same as if you were on the standard mode! It’s super easy. It’s just an in-camera mask that covers different parts of the negative. Hope that helps! :) ✨

Dear Myles. You succeeded in making a dignified portrait of a wunderful camera. I'm liking most your panorama mode and the exposure mode. So i really am able comprehend your preference for the minolta stsi maxximum You call such a gorgeous eye for pictures your own. Starting with the sundown the countryside pics to the pic with the big white Building. By the way I would feel as well quite queasy watching gators living in the free nature.

Thank you so much! The panoramas are so fun. And I really love how easy the multiple exposures are with the camera. It’s one of my favorite cameras lately! The gators were definitely terrifying, especially being out in the wild with them. But it was a memorable experience, for sure! Thanks for watching and commenting! ☺️✨✨✨

Nice. Those trees towards the end of the video are amazing. I like the heart double exposure and I would have never thought of taking panoramic photos vertically. It works so well. When you were changing the film you had this interesting and intense orangish light on your face. I wish someone took a photo of that. it would have looked really cool. Look into Roku to try and get your show on there. You can start a channel on there. A friend had a music show/channel on there.

Thank you so much! I’ll definitely look into Roku - thanks for the info! And I agree, the sunset that evening when I was changing the film was so beautiful. My husband was burnt out from taking photos of me all day so he wasn’t in the mood to take more 🤣 These days I feel like I need an assistant with me to take photos of me taking photos haha. Thanks for watching! ✨

Nice review! Is the panorama mode one of those where it masks part of the single frame?

Thanks so much for watching! Yes, I believe it masks the top and bottom part of the film. I haven’t looked at the inside of the camera to see what it does when I flip the switch, but just from looking at the negatives it seems to do that.
