Well placed rests can do wonders to your playing. Try breathing in tandem with your playing. If you're breathing out, you're playing. If you're breathing in, you're not. Try it!

I believe it's a typical 1 - 4 - 5 so I'm guessing it's Bm - Em - F#m and then maybe a D somewhere since Bm is the the relative minor scale to the D major scale..
