I’d recommend below deck. It’s a reality show about ppl who work on a yacht. Sounds kind of weird but it’s my go to show. I can’t handle some tv shows either. I tried to watch westworld and it gave major anxiety.

I’m very similar with my anxiety with certain shows and movies. Riverdale is a good show to watch! There are thrilling moments but not really scary. Highly recommend!

KaitNicholexoVlogs yes totally can relate with not being able to watch and relate to all the same shows as others. I tried to watch Breaking Bad and could not do it, too much anxiety. Riverdale is a lot more lighthearted there is drama and mystery but at a much more innocent level. I hope you enjoy!! 🤗💞

Idk if you’ve seen Gracie and Frankie (Netflix) it is pretty funny! Also This Is Us (Hulu) is good also! I went through the episodes pretty fast because they were good lol.
