Lagos has no kudos to be given. Security, logistics, and power are still major issues that are being mitigated by private citizen arrangements sadly.

everything in life has its advantages and disadvantages. Increase in tourism as an advantage of currency devaluation cannot outways the disaster it is causing in Nigeria. See currency devaluation with time foreigners will acquire all your lands and properties if u don't know. See u see SA

The 10 percent Holders are the criminal., They are the reason why Nigeria economic woes keep rising in banks and the citizens never enjoys banking privileges in Nigeria. First bank must be repositioned for good. 💕 Otedola

@@cj-ux4sq Check your facts. Foreigners and ourselves can own land for private acquisition or business. The only snag is that it is NOT a freehold but leasehold basis since the Land Use Act 78 bestows the primary ownership of these properties in the hands of the State. That's why you seek a governor's consent via a Certificate Of Occupancy.

When Abati says "Let's cut to the chase...", that's sounds like an attempt to rubbish the points of the ladies which quite valid. It's rude and conceited. Abati should learn to treat the others as equals on the panel. He may be the Oga in the office, but on the panel, pls show some respect to the others.

@ He does his job, but the phrase “Let us cut to the chase” appears condescending. It means “to get to the point and leave out unnecessary details or preamble”. When he says that it appears that the people that spoke before him were not making any point. At least that is how it feels to me.
