I go cold turkey on my spending and do the avalanche/winter storm with snow balls method lmao I pay off the most expensive one first and then I fold over the payment from the first card into the next card and so on until all the payments from each card combine into one large lump of cash that starts to destroy all the remaining debt. As soon as all the debt is paid; the cash starts to pile up like stupid!

I work for the bank on the commercial side and dude is already spewing false information. Amex, Visa, Mastercard are making money off of credit card swipes but not the the interest. That’s the banks fault. Don’t blame the payment networks. Blame the bank and mainly the buyer which is you the consumer

The fastest way pay down cc debt is never carry a balance over to begin with. Never pay interest on the cc and always have the money to buy whatever it is you put on the cc. That is it.

Jaspreet - Mortgage interest in its first few years is NOT 4-8%. It is more like 85-90% due to amortization. Wouldn't using credit card rates be cheaper?
