A great film and a great subject. Akuzawa Minoru is the real thing, like some master out of the mists of time, he brings ancient truths and mythic power. If you want to feel the real thing, go and meet him.

Great video, would I suggest to you that Japanese training in all forms of martial arts have teachings in moral ethics, behaviour and culture that promotes self regulated discipline where it is definitely important for the day.

This Sensei blinks every time he issues forth his energy; "fajin" in the Chinese arts. This habit is "suki", or an opening or gap, in Japanese terms.

@@adisaargani836 Aunkai works to achieve an effective and efficient body useful for fighting. One of those requirements is relaxation but it is achieved with postural adjustments. There are no breathing exercises that try to achieve relaxation like Systema does and assumes-if I got the teaching right-that proper breathing is achieved with the proper posture.
