We lived on Delta in the early 90s. The new houses are nice! We had a partial below grade basement too. Handy when a tornado blew through the base and across the septic pond. LOL.

Hello! We have a Prairie Rose Estates style house, 3 bed and 2.5 bath. All the different style of houses are spread out throughout the neighborhoods. The housing office will assign you a home based on how many dependents you have! I hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions I’d be happy to help!

I didn't even realize not all houses have them! Such a bummer bc we love ours, I'm not sure where people put their non-perishables
