I agree spotty connections have to keep turning my phone on and off how to fix? No connection. Sometimes twice a day.

This service did NOT perform well at all. Be careful. My first clue is when I called customer service and the Bot said “Ah Fuck, sorry your having problems!” HMMMMM I tried it anyhow and everyone we called either broke up a lot or if they called us they could not hear us talking. Then it is a Royal PIA to switch your number back!

I have Mint and after watching TV for 4 days I was capted to .42 down and .45 up. Can't watch anything like that. I called to cancel and the opperator me I can't cancel. Their wab site say's you can with a 10 day trial. I filled out the form and wating to hear back form them now.

Four days straight? I mean for me using mostly wi-fi this is not an issue at all but you had to know how much data you go through before getting Mint right?

As a Mint Mobile customer myself, I can assure you that Mint Mobile is not terrible, regardless of miscommunication by the title or not. Mint Mobile is very well worth what you pay, and I have not had a single problem with them.

I think if you pay for Visible Plus, then visible is worth it if your data usage is over 35 gb. But if you're under 35gb/month Mint Mobiles' network has so much capacity and is super fast

Yeah so visible for $45 gives you 50gb of priority data and then unlimited data after but subject to depriortization when network is busy. The thing is that Verizon doesn't have the capacity that TMobile does so expect depriortization after that 50gb, at least that's been my experience.

Are you able to keep your downloaded apps on your phone? Example: what's app, target,zara Are you able to have international calls if you are out the county? What options do you have to pay your bill?

Yes keeping apps are unaffected by the service provider. If you are out of the country you will have to purchase a local carrier. You can pay your bill online or via app.

I have two lines on Verizon and I'm going back and forth between switching to Metro by T-Mobile and Mint. Still unsure about Mint due to rural area concerns.

Yeah I hear your concern. I recently went hiking with my Visible line(owned by Verizon) and Mint Mobile and at the top of the hike surprisingly Mint Mobile had service where Visible didn't. It's definitely something to consider, but Mint Mobile has a 7 day trial so you can take it for a spin and if within 7 days you don't love it, fill out a form and get all your money back
