I've had it for over a year and I did a trial and paid for a year. Less than 35 a month for unlimited and I use all the data I want, ran out once and it still worked for basic stuff. I also love that I know I don't have to worry about a bill for a year or more.

@@dannac_8888 Because no one really does Unlimited for 30 dollars a month. After you use 35 GB it still works just not as a fast. It changed recently to where you go from 5G/4G to 3G when you use all your high speed, I've only done that once and that was me trying.

Been using Mint for 3 years and their service has gotten so bad with no tech support, only customer service reps faking it and they don't even know how to turn on visual voicemail, one rep didn't even know what visual voicemail was, and when I asked for s supervisor, he put me on hold and after 20 minutes, disconnected. Can you pin this comment? Let me explain. I was a new customer and got 3 months for free and it was great. Fast speeds and great coverage. But when I purchased the 12 month plan of unlimited data $380 , I now don't get coverage in my room. The same room where I used to get coverage. Now I can't even stream movies or live PPV via USB to my TV because I lose coverage. I can't get a refund either even after speaking with a supervisor. It's better paying monthly and knowing you get coverage than to pay $380 and not have any signal. Dropped calls and lose of service signal. Worst decision I've ever made and regret paying for the year. Update, the coverage is great, now I can't complain but what the heck was going on the past few months?

You should be able to get a refund. They give you your money back in 7 days. I did it once. Tello Mobile is better deal and not as tricky plus includes free International Calling to 60 countries; and you are not prepaying for 12 month which is NOT refundable.
@dallemon152 жыл бұрын
Another problem with MINT compared to Tello is MINT has fewer lower-cost pricing plans than does Tello. Customer needs to decide on a choice: Advanced-payment only and have good supply of talk/text/data; or pay every 30 days potentially for lower prices (if the selectable plans for talk/text/data are enough supply).
@dallemon152 жыл бұрын
Actually for many people, to pay in advance for the equivalent of $15 per month is very appealing. No other carrier seems to handle prices and bundling this way (almost no others).
@chien-shengtsai86262 жыл бұрын
@@dallemon15 the opportunity cost of money. It is not really $15 per month, that’s the initial 3 month come-on to lure you in, the only way you can continue to receive the equivalent of $15 per month is to prepay for 12 month, and you are locked in for 12 months since the payment is non-refundable-it is “float” but it never has to be paid back. It’s $25 per month if you renew for next 3 months, and international calling is extra. With Tello Mobile, I am paying $14 per month for 2 GB data, set up to pay automatically from my credit card, and I get international free calling to 60 countries. I don’t have much data needs because I use Wi-Fi. If need be, I can add data, up to unlimited for $29 per month. I could go up to 5 GB for $19-it’s all flexible, only locked in for a month. And since Tello and Mint both run on the T-Mobile Network, the actual service is the same, except for the add of free international.

Right now, I'm on a Verizon family plan. I'm wanting to branch out on to my own. Lately, Verizon hasn't been doing great service wise for me. @vm2aros2 жыл бұрын
You can lock in the intro price if you go on to purchase a 12 month plan after your intro offer of 3 months is out. I think all intro offers are still good (compared to big expensive services) and if you go on to buy a 12 month plan after that is the cheapest and best way.
