My goodness, you are so wrong I don't know what to tell you XD "She hates us" has been going on in Mint's chat for ages. Way before Doki's redebut. A couple of minutes before time a stream starts, they'll start emoting that they're holding back tears. Lots of people saying HOLD. Waiting for the clock to tick over. Then when it does, if stream still hasn't started, everyone does crying emoji and yells SHE HATES US and WHY VTUBER. Until she actually starts the stream, then they swap to IKZ and She Loves Us or She Doesnt Hate Us! The reason you're seeing it in Doki's chat is because those people also watch mint and are trying to bring it over, but it hasn't really caught on because Doki doesn't really acknowledge or pay attention to it whereas Mint encourages it by teasing her chat about it and calls them crybabies.
