Ingredients:
10-12 slices of white bread
Mozzarella cheese as required
oil for frying
To make stuffing:
250-gram paneer, grated
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup sweet corn kernels, boiled
1tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic, grated
1 tsp oregano
2-3 tbsp pizza pasta sauce
1-2 tbsp chilly flakes
salt as per taste
coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tsp oil
To make slurry:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
salt
chilly flakes
water as required
For coating:
bread crumbs
