• 2 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
• 2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
• 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
• ½ Cup Peanuts
• ½ Cup or 2-3 Tbsp Chana Daal
• ½ Cup and 2-3 Tbsp Urad Daal
• 5-6 Dry Red Chilli
• 8-10 Garlic Cloves
• Few Fresh Curry Leaves
• 2 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut Powder
• Salt as Per Taste
• 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
• 2-3 Tsp Oil
• Poppy Seeds 2 Tsp
To Make Bharwa Parwal:
• 3-4 Fresh Parwal
• Sabji Masala Mix Powder
• 2 Tsp Oil
To Make Brinjal Bharwa:
• 4-5 Small Sized Brinjal
• Sabji Masala Mix Powder
• 2 Tsp Oil
To Make Lady Finger Bharwa:
• 4-5 Lady Finger
• Sabji masala mix powder
• 2 tsp oil
