1.5cup sabudana
1/2cup roasted peanut coarse powder
1tsp sendha namak/salt
For mint paste:
4-5 tbs mint leaves
2-3 tbs coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
For tadka :
3tbs desi ghee
1tsp zeera
4-5 cut green chilli (or according to your taste)
1/2 inch ginger(cut pieces)
1/2tsp salt
2medium potato(chopped)
1tsp black pepper powder
Green coriander leaves for garnishing
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
