Not sure if you've seen the Shinhwa Touch album V-live, but I think Dongwan was still sick because for the Touch MV, he had to film in the middle of winter for a long time in an outside warehouse and in ice cold water :) If you watch weekly idol, you see him sniffling with tissues a few times on there as well.
