The tricks and loopholes for GBP relating to using service/virtual offices have been tighted up. Verification may now require the business to provide additional proof of doing business at that address (Business Registration. License. Tax Info. Utility Bills) this adds to the cost of a virtual office/co working space with mailing costs etc. Read the Google Guidelines carefully before jumping in.

Just send one of your utility bills to that address if necessary. It also helps to have an established use of that address on the web (business citations) before creating a new GBP on Google.
