Revali The Rito Champion bro imagine having to set aside your deepest feelings towards someone and lose him for the greater good. She finally gets to see him again after a century of imprisonment inside a possessed machine, with her only hope being to see him again, and then having to tell him to go to Zelda before never seeing him again. (which she knows it doesn't just mean "go save her", it also means "go back to being by her side like you were 100 yrs ago" The game even says that she was concerned after finding out that Link would be spending more time with Zelda as her personal guard, meaning she was afraid that she'd lose his heart to Zelda. It was the last thing she wanted, and it's eventually the last thing she's forced to let happen. Something was going on between those two and Mipha knew it. :\

@@Zeldafan1ify I think... I don't think Mipha was ever jealous of Zelda in that dark selfish way. Mipha is much too kind for that. She wished to be with Link. She was concerned/disappointed that Link staying with Zelda meant he had no time for her. She was sad about it. But she was always selfless enough to understand she couldn't always get what she wanted. Her honorful words as a spirit shows it.

This is what I think: She has to feel jealous at some point because link not spending enough time with her is a thought that wouldn't come without some form of envy, maybe I'm wrong, idk. but she feels it in an earthly, human way, not with darkness or hatred in her heart (darkness = mipha?? No way!! She is purest waifu❤) she certainly doesn't let it get to her though, it's in her noble nature, but I think she definitely had a concealed envy for Zelda, especially when she realizes that Link will likely spend the rest of his life with her. She just suffered it silently and never held anything against anyone. (Which I think is a natural, mature level of envy, without the grudges)

Anger is a VERY useful emotion in a fight. even uncontrolled anger makes a man dangerous; he's faster, stronger, and more durable than normal (literally; the excess adrenaline released in anger allows the body to pass it's own mental limits even further than normally possible). Controlled anger is absolutely deadly.

Mipha giving her gift to Link was much more symbolic than the other divine beasts. With the others, Link released their spirits and he received their gift as a reward, but Mipha’s something that already belonged to him. In Link’s memory she told him “no matter when or how bad the wound, know that I will always protect you.” She must have felt so much regret knowing she couldn’t keep her promise 100 years prior, but her gift is ensures the same thing doesn’t happen again (Not only does it revive him but it gives him extra life). It also touches my heart knowing that her love for him was still just as strong beyond the grave. She’s definitely my favorite character in the game.

This is what I love about the zelda franchise: the balance of these loght hearted adventure stories that slowly open up to being dark, sad and depressing. You begin the game thinming that you're going on an adventure where you smack goblins and capture bugs. Then, fish wife is dead. Goron best bro is dead. Cool big sis gerudo is dead. The world is dead and you need to save the princess whos been fighting an eldritch pig phantom for 100 years to save your kingdom from a post apocalyptic state. @Jin's Prehistoric Flip Phone I'm even more late but I was also hoping that something with reviving one of the champions. One thing I have thought of even though it is highly unlikely, is that BOTW 2 would pick up pretty much where the true ending left off, going to Zoras Domain, and perhaps finding a way to revive the champions, perhaps Zelda uses the triforce to undo the deaths of the champions, mostly so Mipha would be revived.

I think Mipha is a better match for Link in this game Zelda was rather rude, while Mipha was a lot nicer heck she knew him from a young age it's just a shame she didn't live imagine if when Link took Vah Ruta back Mipha was still alive that would have been a nice reunion but I also wished that if you had the Zora armour on Mipha should have mentioned it or at least recognise it
