The issue is not the age gap. It shouldn't matter if they are 13 years apart BUT her being 21 years old when getting married to a 34 year old man is the issue. If she was 28 and getting married to a 13 year older man then that would be different, at 21 your prefrontal cortex isnt fully developed plus you are still too young to be a wife to someone older. At 28 someone has lived their life and gained some experience to distinguish right from wrong.
