I especially wanna get those evolving random generative scapey things going with it that I heard playing on Jade’s stream a while ago. There is so much scope for that with all the modules in miRack! Hey hey! Love the SAM intro! Great tutorial, thanks, mate. Definitely going to explore this sequencing technique further. I’m finding the Audible Instruments Macro Oscillator2 very good for all sorts of natural and synthesized percussive sounds which is actually making me more interested in creating beats/rhythmic stuff in miRack rather than being drawn to more melodic things first, especially with having all sorts of sequencing options, those cool clock ratios and the offset options you get in the Euclidian sequencer. It’s all just so good for all sorts of rhythmical variation and craziness! (I have also been scratching my head since the first day with miRack on how to get things to reset and start at the beginning again). I’ve tried connecting cords all over the place back and forth between the ins and outs of Clocks/Sequencers RUN, RESET etc, but not successful yet! I bet we’re just missing something really simple, it can’t be *that* difficult. 🤔🤨

Hey Hey! I *know*, right??!! 🤔🤔🤔 The start/stop thing seems VERY ODD to me overall..... You can start/stop the clock with the clocked module, and you can RESET all the modules using the RESET button so the sequencers more in time with each other, but even when I press START from that stopped state, it kinda skips *playing* the first downbeat and seems to almost take a few seconds to actually *get going* per se....

Electronisounds Audio Wonder if it makes any difference if you pop it into AUM and sync it to AUM’s transport? Probably not. It’s got to be something to do with Reset and Run settings/connections within miRack. Will keep my eyes peeled for any info! 😊

Try a double tap. There might be an option to reset the global change. Or patching another lead to the reset. Not sure how to do it in Mirack, on VCV its holding control. Also interested to see what the steps buttons do (probably to add accents) and i think the sliders might be for velocity changes. Last time i ran Mirack there were about thirty modules. I was amazed at there being hundreds now!

Thanks for watching, Robert! 😀 👊 Yeah, being new to modular myself, this can get *very* overwhelming pretty quickly. I'm taking it slow and trying to keep my videos as beginner friendly as possible. I think once we get a decent understanding of more of the basics, then we can slowly start adding more of the fancy stuff (slowly, though! lol) Once of the things that always made it hard for me to *learn* this stuff is that the teachers already know it for the most part, and they are teaching too fast for me. I'm trying to change all that for others, by teaching this stuff in small, focused, but easy to understand concepts. 👍

Thanks for watching, Tom! Sure, you can delete any module by double tapping on it, which will bring up a little menu where you can duplicate the module, randomize, initialize or delete it. 👍👍
