Hi Tamara - Thanks for the nice comments! Our brace's abduction is not fixed and thus can be adjusted for unilateral cases. Each side has two settings (affected and non-affected). Our miraclefeet brace may not be for appropriate for all atypical/complex cases. We designed it to meet the needs of the majority of patients who have idiopathic clubfoot. I love that you are working toward eradicating neglected clubfoot world wide, and bringing this cost effective brace to countries where access to bracing is limited. My question is this, is the abduction fixed at 60 degrees or so? What does this mean for unilateral cases where the non-affected foot should be neutral, or atypical/complex cases where the abduction should be set at 30 degrees and slowly increased to 60?

very inspiring.. im a mother from tanzania. my son was born with a left club foot and started treatment.. he started walking wen he was 1 year and 2 months. it brought tears to my eyes i couldnt believe it. the problem is the braces are not comfortable for him. he always wakes up in the middle of the night and cries so that i could take them off. how can i get this nice braces for my son? please help ..
