Honestly these videos are genuinely so helpful. As an anxious person, I would do study sessions of over six hours, only to end up getting anxious right away bc I was afraid I had forgotten everything and therefore would study for hours more, ruining my sleep and my diet, and in the end the next day I remembered little or nothing.. Also you need to sleep at like 9-10 pm so you won’t feel tired or worn out when you wake up. 7 hours of sleep is the minimum amount of time you can sleep and is also healthy. One day before school you should keep everything in your backpack in check.
