There's something about the way reading the song titled "relax, take a break" hit me. I guess it's dumb to share my troubles with a comments section, but I've got acute general anxiety disorder, and while I can't say the title got the muscles in my neck to relax, the way I exhaled my breath after reading that just... felt different. The chills/shivers that ran up my back. I feel so stupid for typing this, don't mind me.

First rule of anxiety, stop being so hard on yourself for being anxious. Anxiety is a normal human reaction that can become generalized for everyone under the right conditions. Remember to treat yourself as you would treat a friend of yours, because it's really hard to realize how mean we are being to ourselves when we are going through it. Nothing you feel is stupid, nothing you share is stupid, I wish you nothing but the best :D
