Hello everyone! :D It's time for some Sonic!
This song was requested on Patreon by Melissa and it's been a really groovy one to make. I had an absolute blast playing Sonic Mania a few years ago and hearing this song again made me so hyped up to cover it!
In case you don't follow me on Twitter (you should)... This is it... The end of an era! I announced a month ago that I was completely updating my recording setup from a new/clearer audio interface all the way to a new guitar tone software and so this is the last cover that I recorded on the old setup. I've been using pretty much the same setup for over 10 years now but starting next week, you'll finally hear the new sound! I've been experimenting a lot and I got two songs recorded with the new gear already! I'm excited to share the first one with you next week.
The difference in sound shouldn't be THAT noticeable as I spent a lot of time crafting tones that would be in the same style as my old ones but for the fine ears out there... You may notice the guitars sounding more authentic. I hope you're looking forward to hearing my new music!
