2:15 Poliman is partially right. It wasn't Mirai's fault that Hajime died. Even his angel confirmed it , by giving his arrow and wings to Saki.

I think Poliman is right, it's true that this entire fight is Metropoliman's doing, however Mirai selfish morals (which he later admits by saying that killing would take away his happiness) forced Saki and by extension Hajime into protecting him resulting into Hajime's death, now in retrospective I kinda wish Saki was killed instead because Hajime means little to Mirai, Saki dying would be a lot more impactful and would've shaken his principles to the very core.
