Miranda by Jon Renau in 8RH14 Mousse Cake (Hot Cocoa), Wig Review, Color Details, & Styling Options

This is a wig review of Miranda by Jon Renau in the color 8RH14, Mousse Cake (Hot Cocoa). Miranda is an elegant style that is low-medium density and has beautiful layers, loose waves, an extended lace front, a mono part, and a perfect hairline! Miranda has some Permatease. In this video I'm also discussing the color details for Mousse Cake, 8RH14. I'm including styling tips for how to keep the fibers out of the face and showing how I style Miranda into a ponytail and a French twist. Lastly, I show Miranda in outdoor lighting.

@@micheleswigreviews I actually found a topper review that was noted this color 8RH14 but it says Mousse Cake and wow it looks so light on the site Im scard to order it.. this choc color brown is perfect for me.

@@Adventuresoffirefly Hmm... I have not heard that anything about this color has changed except the name. I don't know why the topper review you saw was so much lighter. I know JR makes heat friendly synthetic wigs in 8RH14 and colors do tend to look different depending on the type of fiber being used. But, I'm not aware of any HF synthetic toppers in this color by JR. I would suggest watching the most recent reviews for this color to see if it has changed and calling your retailer to ask this question. Good luck!👍💖

I love Miranda. She looks gorgeous on you and I can attest from buying her over and over again that she holds up well and always looks feminine without being frou frou. They've recently made the Venice blonde brighter and carried the light highlight up to the root in a tasteful way. I think the swig looks great on everyone who reviews it. I sprayed it with dry shampoo, unscented, something called not your mother's dry shampoo that I got at CVS. That took the super shine away, and in the light blondes I always find that necessary in the regular synthetic. But what a bargain this wig is with a left hand mono part, not a ton of permatease,. That's why the Miranda light that's now come out doesn't tempt me. I like the price point much better on the regular Miranda. Beautiful review thank you.

@@micheleswigreviews I was thinking that if I heard they were going to discountue the original Miranda, I would have to buy up the inventory! That's how much I love her. I also love Henry Margu's Athena. That one has that same affect - gorgeous. But those fibers don't hold up as well for me and maybe that's because it's a lighter density where it's visible. I do a left hand part anyway, so I don't need a full mono on Miranda.

Miranda definitely has some permatease... not as much as some Noriko styles though.👍
