on may 20th it will be 2 years since my little sister died in a horrible bus accident. She was 11 years old at the time. I miss her every second of everyday. The first time i heard this song i cried my eyes out. Everytime it comes to the part where she says "it really sinks in you know. When I first heard this song, I had to pull over to the side of the road, and cry.it hits so close to home.my husband of 10 years just passed away after a long battle with cancer on 1/25/12.I never imagined that this past Xmas, would be our last...He did everything the Dr's told him to do.he was supposed to get better after his treatments...I was not supposed to be a widow, or a single mom at 35.I love you Bubba.I am glad I got to spend every last day of your life with you, caring for you.

Im so sorry. I know how you feel. My amazing husband passed away from melanoma 8 1/2 years ago. He fought hard to keep living but it spread to his Entire brain. 8 months after being diagnosed with melanoma he passed away. I was 46 and I still miss him. I will never stop missing him and being in love with him.

I went to Miranda's concert, the first one right after Blake's father's death. She told us she wanted to sing her new single (this) but she was unstable to sing it. She told us to go listen to it online and we would understand why she couldn't. Now that I listened to it, it breaks my heart. My prayers go out to her and Blake for the rough couple months.

There's so much truth to this song, it's scary. She is so right when says that even though you'll learn to live with it, you will never get over it. If my sister every died I'd never ever ever be able to get over it. We are so close and this song makes me sad thinking about what would happen if she did. A song like "Over You" connects with people, but not everyone, so it's playing to a smaller audience than a "catchy" pop song.

This song makes me cry so hard . My bestfriend Ray didn't die , like most of you guys have death memories .. But he moved away from my school , and that was sad enough . We were in a flirtationship , we kinda liked eachother and flirted 24/7 but weren't in a relationship .. Well , now at his old school he gets bullied physically .
