Thank you, great video. Question, did you do and iron decontamination on the body? If so how did you deal with the soft top as far as protection?
@MirandaDetailing
@MirandaDetailing Жыл бұрын
Hi. Thanks. I only do iron removal if the vehicle needs it. If the customer wants the soft top protected I add that in and usually use Gtechniq smart fabric.

Why when pre-treating I still have film left no mater how strong the solution are use?
@MirandaDetailing
@MirandaDetailing Жыл бұрын
Hi. It all depends on what’s on the paint. But usually it will not remove everything, the pre wash or apc rinse is just to remove heavy dirt and particles for a safer contact wash.

I just had that same problem earlier 🤷🏻‍♂️, no matter how much I cleaned it with a detail spray, I was left with a greasy film. I used koch chemie greenstar as a pre wash. So I don’t know 🤦‍♂️

Great job guys. With ref to NSP would it do the same if I was to wax a car or use a sealant. Would the haze disappear also or is it just with ceramic coatings.
@MirandaDetailing
@MirandaDetailing Жыл бұрын
They bond with ceramic based products so you could use a ceramic spray and that should be fine, but honestly I only use the NSP polishes for true ceramic coatings.

Phil I know you're a big fan of Dr. Beasley's. Have you seen or tried Labocosmetica's #Fiero primer polish?
@MirandaDetailing
@MirandaDetailing Жыл бұрын
Hi. I have heard of the company but not of that primer polish. Is it formulated for their own coatings or for any coatings?
@wescat2
@wescat2 Жыл бұрын
@@MirandaDetailing Phil their data sheet says compatible with all coatings. The only caveat is it finishes only. Of course Dr. Beasley's has 3 finishes. This has no haze, but you've proven the haze with Dr. Beasley's goes away when you coat.
@MirandaDetailing
@MirandaDetailing Жыл бұрын
@@wescat2 Cool! I didn’t know that! I may have to find some and try it out! Finally other companies making primer polishes that work for all coatings. I think that’s really important. Thanks for sharing! 😎👍🏼

Interning. Super clean on the paint?
@MirandaDetailing
@MirandaDetailing Жыл бұрын
Hi. Yup. When done correctly it’s completely fine. Many detailers learn through experience that the things they supposedly learn or hear from forums or others detailers, is often either untrue, exaggerated, or said to instill fear or make themselves look better. Any chemical used improperly can bring disastrous results, but when used properly it works!

What is the point of having a ceramic interior spray? How long does that last?
@MirandaDetailing
@MirandaDetailing Жыл бұрын
Its basically an interior coating like gtechniq smart fabric or leather guard. It protects against staining and friction. usually they can last 6-12 months depending on usage.
