The marks on jimmy choo shoes can be removed with nail polish remover. Use qtips and rub gently to remove stains. It works like magic on patent leather.

I have shoe trees i use them to stretch my shoes . They work really well . I like the wooden ones the best .

If the Jimmy Choo shoes are leather... you can stretch the shoes by putting water in ziplock bags. Then insert the water bags into the shoes. Then put in the freezer overnight. Voila larger shoes in the morning.
