In my literature theory classes, I was taught that you need both round and flat characters in a story. You need round characters with in depth descriptions and stories, but also flat characters as to not overwhelm the reader. I think it's the same thing for this. You can't make every kingdom's story intricate. You shouldn't even. Don't apologize, we love what you're doing with your characters!

it's just so imaginative! so much diversity- and the DETAIL!!!! everything is connected, thought out, the sims are pretty, and the map?!?!?!? this is literal genius. i would ascend if i got to see these events played out by real actors. also- i absolutely love the fact that you properly researched when adding new kingdoms with new cultures (AND downloaded perfect CC for it!!!!) i am sooooo invested

I think what would be such a dynamic thing to add is that the Kanek family always try and add new establishments in royal meetings and eventually half of the royal family’s decide that they are too new to be trusted, or that they haven’t been in the game for as long. If the plot line came to some serious decision for all the royals and the Kanek’s were right but no one trusted them, it might awaken some older dynasty’s to modernise or change some polices if it seems fit story wise. That could also include leaders steeping down in order to make sure the kingdom stays new? Idk might be a fun small plot line that can assist other characters storyline’s.

For sure! I wanted to make sure I talked to someone from Mexico who could help me incorporate the Mexican world with the Mayan and Aztec cultures. Luckily they had some resources in Mexico about Mayan and Aztec cultures that I didn’t have access to in America, so that helped calm my nerves a bit!

Hello! I’ve been watching this series and I’m so excited to see season three! I have two suggestions you could possibly do in a royal setting like this. As far as I’m aware there’s never been any conflict between kingdoms. Another thing I think could be interesting are plagues. A sickness that spreads around the world. The royals are expected to deal with it.

Lovely episode! I can't wait to see how the story goes and how the election stuff goes in the newest kingdom! Quick question tho, even though Kaleo is now a citizen now does it mean that any future child he bears will also be citizens? Because even though it would make sense if they weren't I find it kind of unfair if they have to pay the sins of their father. That's just my opinion though and you should write your story however you see fit

Omg, I love that the new kingdom has a different system, it feels very unique!! One question though, when you say an electoral monarchy do you mean an aristocratic system (choosing between certain families) or literally anyone can be the monarch? Also, I did NOT expect you to add two kingdoms instead of one, you work too much, even if they are supporting hahahahaha. Will you be designing a flag for them too or do you not want to? I don't mind if you don't but I was asking out of curiosity. Regarding tartosa, I love that the family's new last name is Catalan! It feels really detailed when you add regionalisms and even though I'm not Catalan it feels like I and Spain is being represented better than is usual in the Anglosphere. I hope I don't bug you when I recommend stuff through the chat, I just get excited (and weirdly patriotic in a way, lol, I'm not usually that way) 😅. Btw, I also really like that you expanded Kaleo's punishment, I feel like it suits him better, the previous one didn't seem harsh enough lmao. It's a bit of a shame that you won't expand his story in the end since I thought it would be very interesting but I want to let you know that I support your decision, some people take things too far smh. Other things to add: Oasis's springs new name change is really cute, I like it!!! I also feel bad for Adric and Desta lol. I'm also wondering why the american world will be added halfway through the season, is it because it conflicts with the current storyline or is it the opposite, that there is a storyline which plans their incorporation? Will they be in the alliance or kind of like Qin Xing? Looking forward to the season! Everything seems great so far😊

I imagined there are certain guidelines to run like the person has to be born in Enamorada, has to be a certain age, etc! And truly I don’t know what I was thinking adding two kingdoms lol. Flags are already designed by LordCrumps, he’s just adding them to the in-game items now. I’ll show off the flags soon! Also, I am so serious when I say PLEASE recommend stuff in chat🙏🏼 not only do I love learning things about different cultures, but it’s also so great to hear from someone from that culture make suggestions. And thank you for understanding about Kaleo, I know you were looking forward to seeing more depth from him after his punishment- I was looking forward to doing it too tbh. And not sure about the alliance yet! Maybe the other kingdoms will be hesitant since their monarch changes every term?? We shall see!

I’ve loved watching your Royal series and admittedly I don’t comment often but as a Latina, I am beyond disappointed you didn’t keep the Latin culture with Enamorada which is Spanish term. Leaders do not even have a Spanish last name 🤦🏻‍♀️ You may have lost me. It’s your game and I respect it’s your decision, I’m just disappointed 😢

Hi! The person who helped me is Latina and lives in Mexico, which is where Enamorada is based off of. I wanted to make sure to get her opinion on everything. I understand where you’re coming from, but the world is still 100% based off of Mexico, and I thought it was really important to represent the indigenous people who lived in Mexico before it was colonized. I tried to have the royal family have a mix of cultures incorporated into their titles and names. Kanek is a last name derived from the Mayan language, but I chose to have an electoral monarchy so the families will change and in the future I could have a family with Spanish last names. Also, I know it’s not from Latin Culture but the Tartosa royal family has a Spanish/Catalan last name so we could still have that representation.

Rae has literally stated numerous of times that the kingdom of Tartosa (Brindelton Bay) is based off Spanish and Mediterranean parts of the world. She isn't going to add a new kingdom which is based of something she has already had for some time now. Her story is amazing and is so accepting of any and all cultures and traditions. I really hope this doesn't sway you from her channel because she is truely amazing with what she does.
