Or you could argue that LB has been emotionally distressing Cat Noir and Stalking Adrien for much of a year. If you wanted to be less romantic about it. I think they will know each other well enough eventually but it's only been a year in show time so that isn't the case yet. Some have even interpreted some reveal situations as one of confusion or miss-trust at the state they are in say around season 2/ early season 3 as they have such different personalities, It only worked so well for them in Oblivio as they were acting in a way that they were not putting on any fronts. So it's possible to see a reveal go HORRIBLY WRONG - imagine if it happened when one or the other was angry at them they might focus on the perceived lies and even draw the attention of Hawk Moth's Akumas. If the show was going to manufacture a HORRIBLY wrong consequence to a mutual reveal to troll the fandom (that they later undo care of Bunnyx) then doing so while they are both dating other people might allow for a particularly horrific set of consequences.
