Another great video! Only thing is that the music in between your explanations is quite a bit louder than your voice which makes one want to turn the volume up and back down during the video a few times. Just something to consider in the future but thanks for the great explanations!

Awesome Guy but that’s just yourself! You are so determined to do it. No 3 is hard but doable. It’s really your hands and maybe bend a bit more to get them more crossed behind the back. One of my adults can do it already! 🤩🤩🤩
