Thanks for the tour, as its nice to see how much the landscape has developed since the last time we were there. We might consider selling our 2 bedroom in Mirea, Sitara building on the 7th floor facing Antipolo. Also, nice to see the progress on our next unit in Satori. We have the 3 bedroom unit in Lana facing the amenities.

paano po malalaman ang totoo owner ng unit magrerent kasi kami may record po ba ang pmo sa mga list ng real owner ng units? may mga modus daw po kasi sa ganyan...hindi toto owner nagpapaupa...

Meron po. Kaso I don't handle leasing. You may ask your contact to provide proof of ownership of the unit like copy of the title etc. And make sure you deal with the owners directly if possible.

walang wala yung iba projects at condo sa dmci....DMCI is the best condo property...pet frienfdly pa lang winner na,,, pati pinakamaganda deisgns hindi masikip parang resort,,,yung iba mga condo bawal pets,,,kakalungkot....
