Yes, Daou (Da-oo) he is Thai with Chinese blood but he also speaks Mandarin fluently (I'm not sure if he grew up speaking or learned it later in life since there are many Thais with Chinese blood, but not many speak at home so they learn it at school or later in life). He is a very talented vocalist and is both a singer and actor (originally he was part of the T-POP group LAZ1 which was only temporary since they were from a boygroup survival show and their contract ended). After he has done a BL series with a co-member of LAZ1 and from there has also released a solo song. There are so many talented Thai singers but international fans are normally only familiar with BL actor/series many of which aren't actually good singers but sing their OSTs anyway. Other good singers from BL are Billkin, Nunew, Krist Perawat among some others. If you're interested in finding more Thai singers, honestly TorSaksit's Piano&I is a great place to find them (TorSaksit is actually a singer and was quite popular in China a while ago and also his home country of Thailand of course).

He just started learning chinese when he was going to join the boy group survival show in china (unfortunately the program was cancelled because of the pandemic.) most of Thais with Chinese blood are Teochew not Mandarin including Daou (and also me555) so of course he learned mandarin chinese later.
