Hana was too funny, watching her shove her paw up inside the feeder trying to get food to drop down. She apparently remembers how this works. And Miri is such an adorable contradiction. Timid in some ways with new things, but so bold when it comes to climbing trees.

If you go away for a weekend, and leave out feeders for the cats.... you will come home to a GIANT Hana, a sad Maru and a starving little Miri! When it comes to boxes, Maru wins, but FOOD Hana is the champion. Miri is still a baby.

She said she had three feeders. If they all dispense food at the same time, Hana should be at one and Maru and Miri might get a chance to eat before Hana can get to their feeder. Hana does love to eat though. An eating competition would be incredibly unfair to the other two.

Maybe when the feeder is activated the family could activate an inhouse camera so we can all watch who is doing what. Enjoy your trip and hope our fury friends won't be alone for too long. The feeder must smell of food and trigger delicious memories.

Remember the old feeder in which Hana was able to get her small paws inside and release the mechanism so the treats were rushing out. Maru was unsuccessful and he is sitting with his back to this one, I would say he remembers and is sulking a little. Mugu is the most fair cat mommy very concerned that all three kitties gat their share. Miri sat down peacefully and enjoyed her meal. Maru broke mommies heart by liking the plate and was rewarded by a new portion that Hana had eaten faster than anybody. Maru is having a bath at the end so content to had his “rice”, such cute paws in action.

Hana remembered the feeder was the source of food, though she hadn't seen the feeder for four years. What a smart girl! I'm glad you have three feeders; otherwise Hana would eat it all (though Maru, being bigger, might be able to push her out of the way to get some). Miri would get nothing. I hope you place Miri's feeder in a location where Hana does not/prefers not to go.
