@Happybidr4 жыл бұрын
That doesn’t make it very appealing. She might get a few laughs, but it still is insulting to people. But it is so British to be rude. I used to think the French were bad but she constantly says things for a laugh that I can tell some of the guests wish she’d just shut up. It is her own damn industry! She should get educated about it, at least. Age is no excuse for ignorance, which she embraces a little too tightly. The last show I saw her on, she said about 5 or 6 comments that were totally unnecessary and all very rude and kind of mean. “I don’t know any of your work, or anything about you.’ The intelligent choice is to just keep one’s mouth closed, but she loves to play off the ‘I’m old and ignorant and too lazy to care about who else will be on a show with me or research them in any way.” I think the stereotype she’s is going for insults the rest of us who are in retirement age who would never brag about ignorance, and insult people. I’d love to see someone give it right back to her and see how she likes it.
@drivethru61554 жыл бұрын
@@Happybidr Wow you must be boring, insulting something with humorous delivery is good fun in the right environment. Of course not everyone takes it well because some people are incredibly weak and have no idea how to play things off to make it into another comedic bit, but Miriam would love someone to return the banter as long as they are in the same mindset! Graham Norton's show is as much a place to entertain as to sell your film or TV show, so if you can't handle what so many viewers enjoy go back to watching whatever impenetrably dull content you usually partake in.

My brother took me to see Mamma Mia the week our mom died. It’s basically all I remember and it was the first time I relaxed in days. I’ll always love it for that.
