Ewc is for organisation not for a single game . And msc can have 15milion prize pool but m series is what makes world champion The iesf is like world cup But m-series is like club world cup I think moonton should make msc and ewc 2 different things but the ewc winner is not considered world champion as the world cup is for the organization all over the world not for a single game

MSC is mid season cup they are MSC Champions no need to clariy things. MSeries is a world championship and its always been. Thats why AP Bren still tge reigning world champions until after M6 the new world champions will be crowned, you can't select 2 world champion in a single year! Every sports, esports has 1 world championship tournament per year.

Think of it as boxing eg wbc wbo, both are considered world champion, wbc is the most prestigious, winning both makes you the undisputed world champion. So, give credit to SRG because they beat the world champion in a global/world tournament. Also be carefull about belittling the value of msc/ewc, the organisers of ewc might just decide not to invite casters that belittle the value of their tournament.
