Since I didn't explain it in the video: I didn't use harvest Augments at all for the prefixes since I cpuld simply use a Hinekora's Lock to Annul a Suffix if the Reforge fills up my Suffixes when I hit triple tier 1 Prefixes. Normally you would need to spend Mirrors of Liforce on Augments to avoid this from happening but due to this new currency I only needed to use regular reforges. Since elemental resistance Suffixes are such lower weight than elemental damage prefixes, this method ended up saving us multiple Mirrors on the Prefixes since its 124 reforges on average compared to 92 Augments on average which require 15000 Liforce and a Sacred per Augment after multiple divines of Essences and a Metacraft. Bow base is found from farming Uber cortex. You can just get any 3 implicit and refill them, but that is quite a gamba in itself. They are rare and expensive. (You reroll synthesis implicits with harvest beasts)

The arrows and all ele damage mods have an attack tag. He crafted can not roll attack mods and then annulled it's 50 50 at that point to hit resist or the cannot roll attack mods mod. If he lost it he would recraft cannot roll and try again

cannot roll attack mods, Since everything was tagged "attack" the annul would either remove the cold res or the "cannot roll attack mods" , if it removes the "cannot roll attack mods" you just put that back on until the cold res is gone.

he crafted can not roll attack mods, which works for annuls too. All other mods are attack mods so it can only remove the craft or the res. so its a 50/50 to remove the res and you have no chance of removing the other stats.

When you put on "cannot roll attack mods" craft it works on scouring orbs too... so the only mod that isnt an attack mod is Resistance and the Cannot roll mod.. So you will hit on or the other

yes since it has "cannot roll att modifier" all the modifier on the bow that he wanted to keep is tagged with "attack" so anul orb cant roll over those attack modifier, it will only remove either the crafted mod itself the cannot roll att or others that has no attack tag.

He had to cut it because he used cheats to remove it

he crafted "cannot roll attack modifiers" on the bow to protect the other affixes which were all "attack" related. since the only two modifiers that are not attack modifiers being "cold res" and "cannot roll attack modifiers", only those 2 affixes can be annulled. so if he annulls it, it rolls 50/50 on the crafted line, or the cold res line. if he annuls the crafted line, he can just reapply the craft and try the annulment again.

@@joshbrowngames this is actually common knowledge/ tech for meta crafting. pretty sure most meta crafting guides will mention it. especially so if you search up the craft itself and read about it. the reason it is "protected" during the annulment is because it prevents anything from influencing attack modifiers; in other words, they cannot be rolled/ rerolled.

Usually, you would place a gem on valuable items to prevent accidentally using currencies other than mirrors or selling them to NPCs carelessly.

It's to prevent you from accidentally putting the real item in the trade window, it will show a prompt because of the skill gem

Dex? Cold res. And it's 'cannot roll attack modifiers' with annul, so the annul either hits the meta mod or the mod without an attack modifier - cold res. It's guaranteed to not hit the 3 ele damage prefixes or the +2 arrows, can't brick your bow.

Yes. settlers shop is basically a no fee shop. we're not making profit on any of the items and we're probably not even recouping the cost on alot of the other items

This might sound like a dumb or even a bit rude question but it's a genuine question as I have never played LA / tornado shot but I intend too and have done some research. At the very top end, isn't a phys bow with conversion supposedly better? Why would someone mirror an ele bow over a phys bow? (At least for TS not sure about LA). Don't mean to be rude or take away from the craft, the bow is sick! I just genuinely want to know lol

Probably because crafting a 3 t1 pref phys bow is a lot more expensive so the fee is going to be way more. Otherwise I think about the dps you are correct with the hatred scalling.

for MF an ele bow is better in almost every case, phys bows also have a harder time utilizing kaoms spirit gloves for rage regen because they are typically tied to conversion gloves so if u want berserk an ele bow is an excellent option. the damage on both is also high enough for anything in the game

If he accidentally tries to vendor it, or trade it to someone instead of the mirrored bow, he'll get a confirmation box asking if you're sure about what you're trying to do. It's just a layer of security to avoid fuckups :)
