The second I saw this track's name, I hoped it was a reference to the Celeste song of the same name. The euphoria that hit at 0:24 brought the widest smile to my face. Certified madlad.

Not only that, but I believe a large chunk of the instrumental (like in the intro) is actually a very heavily remixed version of that, which would explain why the whole track is named after it. I also experienced that very same thing, I love the Celeste OST and especially the B-Side mix for Mirror Temple.

I like how, considering this just the second song, it's sorta has a "Actions Speak Louder Than Words/Groovy Trickster" vibe to it or more specifically the action of singing familiar voices. Despite Megalo Strike Back being seen as "Chara's Theme" and most of the fanbase seeing Chara as the "main villain" of Undertale, in this song, it gives off more of the feeling of "Behold my power of mimicry!" without saying it straight out loud. All she needs to do is sing! It's funny, cause without even realizing it, she's giving many players who play this mod flashbacks of nostalgia to past opponents! A hidden power! XD Although, it makes me wonder how or when did Nikku come across these various characters to be able to mimic their voices. Or maybe she was in the same room or location as them (Maybe a background character of BF's many iconic rapping battles?) considering Tabi and Whitty's mimicked voices are their "angry phase 3" voices (or at least Tabi does). It might just be Nikku's voice mimicry "filter" that she has. Just splendid musical work, once more Saruky! Those little motifs in the back of this song (and all the others) are just little pieces of ear candy. 😆
