depends on the group TBH. T-ara definitely had the shuffle on lock, but other group have better dances that: One didn't focus on just foot movement, but the entire body, and Two didn't make them look stiff (only exception is T-ara's Sexy Love, where the robot looks the best, while still managing to look fluid)

Octavio Heredia Well i practice with my friends and we usually start practicing at the dance gym at 10:30 am and ends at 5:12 pm we take breaks and eat and stuff but 12 hours? yeah that would give you sprains and aches from practicing to much. I still can't do it and i only been practicing this dance for 5 days xD its almost been a week atleast i don't fall i just lose balance xD

Well, not falling any more is sure an improvement ;) but if you ever see their practice offscreen videos, the girls usually practice untill 2 am or so.... That's a lot of practice, but hey...that's their job :)

I love that they incorporated hardstyle shuffle with a techtonik beat mashed together with camp style music and heavy hooks. It seems like an easy dance to follow to for beginner shufflers. For those that can't shuffle that well it might seem difficult but once you get the hang of it it's really fun to glide all over the place. Don't be discouraged, it took me a few days to learn shuffling too. But that was around 6 or 7 years ago, now I'm trying to learn Jumpstyle it's even harder. Good luck to all of you that are trying to learn this dance it is going to make shuffling smooth for you once you get it down. 👌

I think she just lost the will to perform well. I mean, the group she worked years to be in and years to get noticed went downhill because of a scandal that was proven false. That scandal made them the most hated group back then. All those years of training were for nothing, just because someone couldn't handle there hate. I feel bad for her.

+Kyle Jahairo here's something to think about...1) in 2010, Soyeon contracted H1N1. One long-term effect of Swine Flu is pulmonary embolism which affect the flow of blood to the lungs. She is said to have fully recovered, but you never know...2) They had one of the busiest schedules of any boy/girl group and averaged 2 hours of sleep per day...3) Try singing AND dancing (esp. to a dance like Lovey Dovey where you are constantly moving) for 4 minutes :D...4) Soyeon has a problem keeping her weight down...she is constantly dieting...add in the fact that CCM likes to starve their idols and you can figure out the rest, lol...no sustenance = no energy...no sleep = no energy...constantly active = no energy...anyway, these points are mostly MY speculations...the important thing to note is that she works very hard and her voice remains beautiful...I don't really care if she just stands on stage if she sings lol.

I think the one with the white top is jiyeon, the one wearing black and white shirt is boram, the one wearing red shirt is soyeon, the one wearing red sweat pants is qri, the one wearing all black is eunjung, the one with the grey left sleeve is hyomin, and the one who has really short hair and wearing all grey is hyomin :D ..
