@@amanpanwar4350 Your explanation doesn't mean that the naval speedboat was not at fault in this case. Even if the driver was from OEM, it is the fault of the ones that selected such an OEM. They need to accept responsibility with dignity and without fear. The error of the ferry regarding overcrowding was not the reason it capsized in this case. It capsized purely due to impact of the speedboat.

Basic Safety precautions in our country is a big question mark. These ferry operators must have provided life jackets for every passengers who boards their vessel, unless these rules are strictly mandated, such incidents will keep happening. Chalta hai attitude is injurious to our country.

Yhe sab galati police our boat ke owner ke hai public safety ke liye gate way mei kuch hai hi nehi 40 log bhitwne wali boat pe 100 log ko bhita dete hai fir yhe sab hota hai ispe sawal karne wale bhi koi nehi marne wale to margaye 2 din mei sab bhul jaynge fir ek hoga fir ek hoga lekin koi serious nehi lete hai boat me Jane Wale passanger bhi sawal nehi karte hai safety ke bar me to yhe sab chalte rhata hai😢
